What to expect

The beauty of a 1-2-1 session is that each session is tailored specifically to your needs. You are guided and held with my full attention and presence to facilitate a deep and often powerful journey into your inner world..

One to One sessions are beneficial if the following factors are important to you

  • privacy

  • building trust with the facilitator

  • feeling safe in your surroundings

  • putting the feelers out for what conscious connected breathing is

  • you want to explore what is held within your body/mind with freedom to express without inhibition

When you book your first 1:1 session I will arrange a short call to introduce myself, discuss the work and get to know a bit about you before we proceed
